General Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided there’s a valid reason and the return conditions are met.
  • We offer replacements or returns (refunds) only for valid claims, subject to inspection and approval.

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item received is damaged during shipping
  • You received a different model or product than what was ordered
  • The item is defective (Dead on Arrival)

Conditions That Void a Return

To maintain fairness and prevent misuse, return and refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video was recorded from start to finish
  • The issue is not reported within 2 days of delivery
  • The item has been used or tampered with

  • There is no valid proof of damage or incorrect product

Our return policy strictly requires a complete unboxing video that shows the parcel being opened from start to finish. This video serves as proof for any return or replacement claim.

Replacement Policy – No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if your claim is valid, we are happy to offer a free replacement of the same product.

To process a replacement:

  • Return the item in its original packaging
  • Ensure all accessories and tags are included
  • The item must be in unopened condition
  • There should be no damage to the serial number or product

Once we receive the item and verify the issue, your replacement will be dispatched on the same day.

  • Clear visibility of the product and issue
